Once the truck arrived, I'm very satisfied with the service departments work. The issue was getting the truck towed in. 8 a.m. was told by the lady I called that they would have a wrecker at my location by 1030 At 1200 I called and was told that they didn't have a wrecker scheduled and was given an 800 number to call. Was informed that my roadside service covered under my warranty would not tow my truck to the gmc dealer because they sold more than gmc trucks (new car auto mall) I called the dealer service department and spoke with yet another lady (3 calls=3 diff people) told them that I would take care of the tow truck myself. After sitting there broke down due to a bad ecm, for 8.5 hours I had an independent tow service tow the truck to the dealer. Very frustrating when you are trying to get to your father in laws funeral that is 600 miles away. Once the truck got in the hands of the service tech, all was good.
