Mike Clark was a very polite and friendly service advisor. First time in quite a while someone met me out at my car to take down info. Then he escorted me to the waiting area and pointed out refreshments offered while I waited. Was very clear on what factory service recommendations were needed vs. what shouldn't be put off any longer. He walked with me to Enterprise to rent a vehicle instead of just pointing me in the right direction. Car was serviced accordingly for 90,000 mi. and I seemed to be contacted that it was ready in a very timely manner, not 30 minutes before closing.
