Had a great experience at Rivertown GMC. Very friendly and courteous. Jamie is an excellent service representative HOWEVER after spending $300 for a diagnostic to determine the issue with my Yukon in order to "fix" my wiring problem he had informed me over the phone that there were wires under the steering column that were not landed correctly and that a fuse had been blown (I admire that he was honest about these 2 facts and had his team repair it free of charge). He then went on to explain that the cluster is defective and would need to be replaced, this would cost me another $500 including labor. I found the part online for $100, retrieved the truck, and later replaced it myself. no more difficult than changing a tire. And so a week later after picking up the truck I still have issues with the radio. The wiring problem is not fully resolved despite him claiming that it is. Whatever the issue is it is causing my radio to work sometimes when the engine is turned over and sometimes not and the diagnostic or his team did not discover it.
