I bought a set of Goodyear fuel saver tires and saved a great deal of money, but one of the tires had a defect and kept throwing a weight every few days. My service representative, Scot, went out of his way to have all four tires re-balanced and confirmed that these tires were balanced considering road force standards, so that I could make my holiday trip to Atlanta.
They were very honest!! Could have cheated me out of fair amount of money based on another business's' opinion, but they chose to please and honor me as a customer. Rest assure as long as I have a GM Vehicle I will definitely use their Service Department for my repairs. Can't thank them enough!!
Lois was fantastic. I am used to a certain level of pressure in car buying. He was informative and helpful without being pressured in the least. He helped us even when we decided to go with a GMC. It seemed that everyone involved wanted to sell us a car but wanted us to be pleased with the purchase as well. We even got to see Ernesto in service. That guy is awesome and is a real contributing factor for moving to GMC. We now have 2 Yukon Denalis because of the fair treatment we get from the service department.
I called ahead to schedule an appointment for a routine oil change. I arrived on time. I am glad I called for someone to pick me up because it was not until 3 hours later that my vehicle was finished. The last time I got my oil changed at the dealership I waited four hours there. I made the same complaint then as I am now. I am very dissatisfied with my experience and am more than likely going to another resource to receive car services.
