The service team did a great job with my vehicle. It runs great. The areas that could improve is my appointment was at 7:45 in the morning for service. My vehicle wasn't ready until almost 11am. I didn't leave the dealership until after 11 because I couldn't find my car. So they can definitely improve on time to get cars out especially for customers who have an appointment. The atmosphere was great. They provided courtesy snacks and coffee. The service team if very professional. Time spent was my only issue.
It took all day for a simple service job.The service tech called me at about 1030 AM and asked me what was supposed to be done on my vehicle after I had brought it in at 730 AM. My appointment was for 730 AM. This was the longest time I had for my vehicle to be serviced. I was highly disappointed in the service I received at this service department.
Celina Cornwell is a great service advisor. I expected that getting my car repaired under warranty would be a stressful and confusing process. Celina immediately put me at ease, let me know that I was fully covered under warranty, gave me very clear instructions and got me a nice rental car. It took about 10 days to get my car fixed, and Celina kept me updated throughout the entire process, explaining the work being done and praising the mechanic working on my transmission. This was stress-free and I would recommend Rivertown Buick, Celina and their transmission mechanic to anybody.
Celina was an awesome manager. I have worked with her many times. She always says the right things to people even when the bill or cost to fix may be surprisingly high. She establishes relationships with people to earn their trust. She is very competent and just a good person. I would even call her a friend and invite her to any bbq I might have. Pay her well as a person with her skill set is hard to find....I may hire her away myself...thanks. Jay Greenwood
Car engine blew up. Bought at Buick used and maintained for one year at Buick. The provided aftermarket powertrain warranty covered most of the cost. My service representative, Amanda Orr took great care of us. Thanks, Amanda,for your support through this stressful situation.
Took in for tire rotation and minor body work (ext. door handle broke). Rep called and said tires needed replacing and could not rotate because liability. Wear was on inside of tire, so not visible.
Quoted new tires and had special for allignment. Good deal so we had it done. Got Tahoe back before end of the day.????
