I am new to the area and had a serious issue with my pickup. I informed the service rep of this and they quickly got me an appointment (same day). Rep diagnosed the issue and completed the extensive repair in a very reasonable amount of time. Thanks for welcoming a new customer.
Prior to the final purchase of our used vehicle, everything went smoothly. The salesman was nice and very personable. We were able to negotiate a good deal that was within our budget. The salesman even took the bmvehicke to be detailed one last time and also filled up the gas tank. The only complaint is that within a few hours of leaving the dealership we found out a motor mount was broken on the car. When we called back and took the vehicle back to the dealership, it was obvious that they knew. They got it fixed within a few hours and gave us a courtesy vehicle to drive in the meantime.
I love my car but I am upset about the fact that my engine light came on 3 weeks after I purchased the vehicle. I was told that the problem could not be fixed with my lifetime power train warranty and even if I purchased the extended warranty, I would still have to pay a $100 deductible. I'm not prepared to pay an extra $200 to have the problem fixed when I just bought the car.
The service guy was very professional and explained everything they were going to do with my car. When my car was done, he went over everything with me again and even walked me out and helped me get my son in the car!
