Was there on the first day and waited three hours for my car to be looked at for a rattling noise and the get my oil checked. Was told my oil had been checked and that they heard no noise. Then they drove my car and told me I had to get a rental because something was wrong with my brakes and it was unsafe to drive. Came back the next day they tell me nothing is wrong with the brakes and that they think it's my fuel tank diaphragm which is a complete lie! And turns out I had to wait another 2 hours because they never changed my oil in the first Place.
Icame into the dealership with a 10:30 appointment and did not receive my car back until 3:00 that evening therefore holding me up from attending to other business I had to attend to and I was not called I had to call the dealership.I do not know how long my car was just sitting there at the Buick service center.Also I went in with a subwoofer speaker that I have had for a couple of years that I had planned on getting put in the next day and it was not in my trunk I called and reported it and still have not heard anything from anyone.Although it's a couple years old and I can't find the receipt I know it was in my trunk at the time.
As we were traveling through the Columbus area heading south on our family vacation we had an issue with our 2017 Enclave that wouldn't allow us to travel safely. OnStar led us to Rivertown (with only 20 minutes left until closing time on a Saturday afternoon). The staff was quick to get our car into the bay and fix the problem. We were on the road again quickly! All staff we encountered were so friendly, helpful, and efficient.
My car was again overfilled with oil which can damage a vehicle. I need the oil rained to proper level. I checked oil level on flat surface. I wrote service technician an email complaining how I had to wait 1or 2 hours to get oil drained down. I feel Buick should take corrective action without me having to wait.
The moment I arrived she personally went and got the technician to work on the car . It only took a few minutes to replace the part and return the car to us . I was very impressed . I was also impressed with the easy access to the maintenance department .
When we left car we were told someone will call to let us know what can be done and how much it will cost. We never received a call and when we called hours later to check on the car we were told it was ready. No communication and lack of communication was poor.
My service experience has been excellent but due to the unusually low resale value of my 2015 Buick Encore I purchased new from your dealership I will not purchase another new Buick but will be looking elsewhere for a vehicle that holds its value better.
