I went in to get my brakes checked as they have been squeaking for over two weeks. After their assessment I was told this is normal for a new vehicle because of how brakes are made now. I asked when the noise would stop, the man said probably never but I had nothing to worry about because the brakes themselves were perfectly fine and they found no faulty issues. As if that was going to make me feel better. The explanation I received was no more acceptable than driving around in a new vehicle that squeaks when coming to a stop or slightly hitting the brakes when slowing down. I am not the expert in these situations which is why I went to my dealership, but I do know that it is not normal for the brakes to make that noise and never go away. Frustrated! In the past year we have purchased (4) four brand new vehicles, unfortunately mine was the the only one purchased through Buick/GM dealership and none of the other vehicles have brakes that are squeaking. The response I received is truly unacceptable and I honestly would have expected much better service from this place than what was received especially for the price that was paid for the vehicle, 2017 Buick Enclave.
Brought my car in to have the oil changed, wind shield wipers replaced and my brakes repaired due to a vibration when applying my brakes. They also did some other repairs. I specifically asked them to make sure they check the washer fluid because it was either not filled last time or it's not working. Well today I still wasn't able to use my wadher fluid so I will have to have it checked out. I also didn't get a car wash as part of my repairs that was posted. I have never owned a car that required so many repairs either the mechanics are causing more problems it this car is junk either way I won't be making another purchase.
Charles has been a great help with helping us in choosing the right car and needs we wanted in a new car. Has done everything possible to take great care of us while buying this car. Great attitude and very good with customers. I see that Charles is an asset to your business, and I greatly appreciated his help, and friendship
